This Privacy Policy explains how RADARLADE SOLUTIONS (“Eventually”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Eventually web application at eventually-app.com (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to this Policy.
Eventually is a web application that shows live events around the world on an interactive globe, with an AI-generated audio “host” that describes what’s happening near you. The data controller responsible for your information is RADARLADE SOLUTIONS, contactable at info@eventually-app.com.
Where the UK/EU GDPR applies, we process your data on the bases of: performance of a contract (to provide the Service), consent (for location access and marketing — which you may withdraw at any time), legitimate interests (to secure and improve the Service), and legal obligation where required.
We do not sell your personal information. We share limited data with service providers who help us operate the Service:
| Provider | Purpose | Data involved |
|---|---|---|
| Supabase | Backend, authentication, database, and file storage | Account data, preferences, saved events |
| Google (Sign in with Google) | Optional sign-in | Google knows you signed in to Eventually; it sends us your name, email, profile picture, and account identifier (see Section 2) |
| Anthropic (Claude) | Generates the AI host briefing text | Your city/region and public event details (no account identifiers) |
| EasyVoice / other voice providers | Converts briefing text to audio | Briefing text only |
| Ticketmaster, Showpass | Event listings data | None of your personal data (inbound event data) |
| Cloudflare, GitHub Pages | Hosting & content delivery | Technical/connection data |
Event images. There are two kinds:
Listings without a picture show a plain coloured block instead.
Some events let you register through Eventually. If you choose to register for one, we give that event’s organizer your name, the email address on your account, and the date you registered, so they can plan for you and check you in. This happens only for events you personally register for, and only that organizer (and our administrators) can see it — it is never shown to other attendees or to the public, which sees only a count.
You control this: nothing is shared until you tap Register, and you can cancel your registration at any time from the event. Organizers are permitted to use these details for that event only and are not permitted to add you to marketing lists.
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
The free Service is supported by sponsorship, in two forms (described in Section 9 of our Terms of Service):
Sponsors receive none of your personal data. We may tell a sponsor how many times their message was played, as a total, but never who heard it.
We do not use third-party advertising networks or advertising cookies, and no advertiser tracks you on the Service. If that ever changes, we will update this Policy first and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent before any such cookies are used.
Subscribers to a paid ad-free tier (where offered) do not hear sponsor messages.
We send three kinds of email you can control, all to your sign-in address:
Every one of these carries a one-click unsubscribe that works without signing in. We also send service emails you cannot opt out of while you hold an account — sign-in links, registration confirmations, and messages about an event you published — because they are the Service doing what you asked it to.
We do not sell or share your email address with advertisers. Event organisers see it only when you register for their event (see Section 5).
The Service uses cookies and browser local storage to keep you signed in, remember your preferences and saved events, and enable the offline/installable app (service worker). We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect functionality.
Live updates are deleted automatically. (This feature is not currently available — see Section 2.) They are visible only during a limited window around the event and are removed shortly after it ends. They are not archived.
Registrations are kept while the event is upcoming and for a short period afterwards, so organizers can reconcile who attended. Cancelling a registration removes it from the organizer’s list immediately; a copy they had already downloaded is then held by them rather than by us.
We keep your account information for as long as your account is active. Cached audio and event data are retained only as needed to operate the Service. Ticket link click records are kept to measure how the Service is used and to reconcile partner commissions. You may delete your account at any time (see Section 9). When you do, we delete your profile, saved events, likes, registrations, email settings, the events you published and their pictures, and any messages you sent us through the contact form; we remove your account id from ticket link click records and other usage counts, which we keep only as anonymous totals. We keep nothing else about you except where retention is required by law (for example, payment records).
Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR and the California CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@eventually-app.com. You can edit your details and email preferences yourself in the app’s Profile, and delete your account there too (Profile → Account details → Delete my account); deletion happens straight away. If you can’t sign in, email us from the address on your account and we will delete it within 30 days. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA), and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States, where our service providers operate. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
