Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-09-25

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Eventually web application at eventually-app.com (the “Service”), operated by RADARLADE SOLUTIONS (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Eventually displays live events around the world on an interactive globe and provides AI-generated audio briefings about events near a chosen location. Event information is aggregated from third-party sources and may not always be accurate, complete, or current.

2. Accounts

Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EEA) to use the Service.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to: misuse or disrupt the Service; attempt to access it in unauthorized ways; scrape, resell, or redistribute its data or audio; upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content; or use it to violate any law or third-party rights. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Content you post

Some parts of the Service let you publish content — for example the details and picture of an event you list. This section applies to anything you post.

Live updates are not currently available. The paragraphs below about live updates are written for a feature we have built but are not yet offering to organizers. They take effect only if and when we switch it on; until then nothing on Eventually lets anyone post them.

You are responsible for what you post. You confirm that you have the right to post it, and that it is accurate, lawful, and not misleading, offensive, or infringing. You keep ownership of your content; you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, store, and distribute it for the purpose of operating the Service, for as long as it appears on the Service.

Live updates are temporary. They are available only during a limited window around the event and are deleted automatically once that window closes. They are not archived, and you should not rely on them being recoverable.

We do not verify what is posted. Live updates are written by event organizers, not by us. We do not check them for accuracy and are not responsible for them — including practical details such as timings, entrances, or parking. Always confirm important information with the organizer or venue.

We may remove content. We can remove or hide any content, and suspend the ability to post, at our discretion and without notice — in particular where content appears unlawful, misleading, or in breach of these Terms.

5. Registering for events

Some events let you register through Eventually rather than sending you to an external booking page. Registering is free and requires an account.

What is shared. When you register, your name, the email address on your account, and the date you registered are given to that event’s organizer so they can plan for the event and admit you. Other attendees and the public see only the number of people registered. You can cancel a registration at any time from the event, which removes you from the organizer’s list.

If you are the organizer. The details of people who register for your event are given to you for that event alone. You must keep them secure, use them only to run and administer that event, not add anyone to a mailing list or other event without their separate consent, not sell or pass them to anyone else, and delete them when you no longer need them. Where data-protection law applies to you, you act as the controller of those details once you receive them, and you are responsible for meeting your own obligations under that law. Breaching this may result in the removal of your event and your ability to publish.

A registration is not a ticket. Eventually does not sell tickets or take payment for these events, and registering does not create a contract between you and us about the event itself. Admission, capacity, cancellation, and any conditions of entry remain the organizer’s responsibility, and the organizer may cancel or change the event.

6. Events, tickets and third parties

Event disclaimer. Events and event information on Eventually come from event organizers and from third-party sources such as ticket sellers, venues and public event calendars. Eventually is a platform for discovering and publishing events. We do not organize, operate, sponsor, endorse or guarantee any event — including featured events and events mentioned in a sponsor message (see Section 9) — and we do not guarantee that an event will take place as described, or that the information about it is accurate, complete or current.

Our review is not a verification. We look at events published directly on Eventually, and any pictures added to them, before they appear on the globe. That review decides whether a listing is suitable for the Service; it does not confirm that the event is genuine, safe, lawful or correctly described. The AI host’s briefings are based on the same event information and may repeat or summarize it imperfectly (see Section 7).

Organizers are responsible for their events and for the information they publish. Please confirm important details — date, time, location, price, accessibility and entry requirements — with the organizer or official seller before you make plans, travel or buy tickets.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RADARLADE SOLUTIONS and the people who build and run Eventually are not responsible for any loss, injury, damage, cost, cancellation, postponement, change or other issue arising from an event, from attending it, or from event information shown on the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have that cannot be excluded or limited under the law that applies to you.

Eventually is not the organizer of any event. Where the Service links out to a third-party provider — for example when you choose “Get Tickets” — Eventually is not the seller: you are redirected to that provider (such as the official ticket seller), and your purchase and attendance are subject to that provider’s and the organizer’s own terms. We are not responsible for third-party sites, ticket availability, pricing, cancellations, or the events themselves. If we offer tickets or other paid services directly in future, the terms that apply to them will be presented to you at the point of purchase.

Partner links. Some links to ticket sellers are affiliate links: if you buy tickets after following one, the seller may pay us a commission. It does not change the price you pay, and it does not affect which events we show or how we rank them.

7. AI-generated content

The audio host briefings and some descriptions are generated by artificial intelligence and are provided for entertainment and convenience only. They may contain errors or omissions and should not be relied upon as authoritative. Always confirm event details (dates, times, venue, price) with the official source before making plans or purchases.

8. Subscriptions (where offered)

We may offer a paid “Eventually Plus” subscription and/or free trials. Pricing, billing cycle, trial length, and cancellation terms will be presented at the point of purchase. Trials that are not cancelled before they end may convert to a paid subscription only where a payment method is on file and you were clearly informed. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

9. Advertising

The free Service is supported by sponsorship. This takes two forms, and both are always identified:

A sponsor message or featured event is not a recommendation or endorsement by us, and we are not responsible for the products, services, or events it promotes. We do not currently use third-party advertising networks; if we do in future, we will update these Terms and our Privacy Policy before they are used. See the Privacy Policy for the data we collect.

10. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, software, and branding, is owned by RADARLADE SOLUTIONS and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. Event data and third-party content remain the property of their respective owners.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that event information is accurate.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RADARLADE SOLUTIONS and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service, reliance on event information, or third-party sites and events. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months or USD $50.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RADARLADE SOLUTIONS from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

14. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time, and delete your account from your Profile (Account details → Delete my account) — or, if you can’t sign in, by emailing info@eventually-app.com from the address on your account. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or as needed to protect the Service.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Saskatchewan, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of that jurisdiction will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where prohibited by local law.
